Yes. In fact you have to. We show you box by box what goes into each modelo and the amount to pay or reclaim. Nothing is filed until you approve it.
Until the 10th of the filing month: January, April, July or October. That same 10th is the deadline to approve your figures.
By direct debit. You give us the IBAN and the Tax Agency charges the amount on the official date. The €49 + IVA service fee is separate and is paid when you approve.
The quarter is locked so the figures we filed stay exactly as you approved them. You can still mark invoices as paid. The next quarter carries on as normal.
