Your bank and your books, in step

Traditional banks such as Santander, BBVA, CaixaBank, Sabadell, Bankinter and ING, plus the neobanks freelancers use most, such as Revolut, N26 and Wise. The connection runs through Powens, an authorised payment institution supervised across Europe. If your bank is not covered yet, you can still upload its statements.

Yes. You sign in on your bank's own page over an encrypted connection. Facturaz only receives your movements, never your login details. Nobody can move money through this connection. You can disconnect at any time. Your bank asks you to confirm access again every 180 days.

It links each bank movement to the invoice or expense it pays. Once a document is fully covered, it is marked as paid on the date the money moved. From then on your open invoices and pending expenses show what is really outstanding.

One thing only. When an incoming payment matches one of your invoices exactly, right amount and the client or invoice number in the transfer, the invoice is marked as paid for you. Every other match stays a suggestion until you confirm it. Any match can be undone.

Yes. Statement upload stays available for every bank, with or without a connection. Download a Norma 43 or CSV file from your bank's website and drop it in. Importing the same file twice never creates duplicates.

Nothing extra. Bank connection and reconciliation are included in your Facturaz plan, for autónomos and SLs alike.
