From booking to Verifactu-compliant invoice

Most booking apps need an invoicing program and a Verifactu connector on top. In Facturaz it's one tool, so there's nothing to link up.

Switch it on

Go to Settings, Apps and turn on Bookings.

Add your services

Name, duration and price. For example: Gel nails, 90 min, €38,00.

Set your availability

Who works which days, from when to when.

Share your link

Publish your page and put the link where your clients are.

Short answers before you start.

Nothing extra. Bookings comes with every Facturaz plan and we don't take a cut of your bookings. If clients pay by card, Stripe charges its normal fee on your own account.

No. They type their email and we send them a 6-digit code. After that, their phone or computer remembers them. Everyone who books is saved as a contact.

No. Clients can simply pay when they come: in cash, with your own card machine or by Bizum. You only need Stripe for deposits, online payments, selling packs and memberships online or charging no-show fees.

Yes, by email: a confirmation with a calendar invite and a reminder 24 or 48 hours before. The calendar invite also alerts their phone 2 hours before. We don't send SMS or WhatsApp.

Yes. Each person gets their own column and hours. Someone can be on the agenda without logging in. If they do log in, they see the agenda, never your invoices or settings.

Yes. Paste the code on your website, or put the link in your Instagram bio, on Google or in WhatsApp.

Yes. Every payment, from a deposit to a membership renewal, becomes a Verifactu-compliant invoice in your books. If you give money back, a credit note is made.
