Everything you need to know about projects and time tracking.
Open any project and click "Add" in the Activity Records section. Enter the date, duration (hours, sessions, or days) and a description. You can also set a custom rate per entry.
Yes! Each project has a default rate that's used to calculate revenue. You can also override the rate for individual time entries when you need different rates for different types of work.
Open the project and click the "Invoice" button. All your logged activity will be grouped by week and converted into invoice line items automatically.
Draft is for projects you're planning but haven't started. Active means you're currently working on it. Paused is for projects on hold. Completed means the project is finished.
