An honest analysis of Billin pricing in 2026, with the official rates verified in June 2026. One heads-up first: the old "Billin" brand had a permanent free plan, but the tool is now called TeamSystem Facturas Billin and only offers a 30-day trial.

How much does Billin cost in 2026?

Billin has three plans, all billable monthly or annually. With annual billing the per-month price drops noticeably. These are the official prices excluding VAT, verified in June 2026:

There is an important detail worth knowing before you pick a plan. Billin structures its limits by number of clients and documents per month, not just by features. The Básico plan stops at 0-5 clients, a maximum of 10 products and 5 documents per month, which leaves it essentially for very occasional activity. The Pro plan (6-50 clients, 50 documents per month) is the one that makes sense for a freelancer with a regular workload. Ilimitado removes the caps on clients, users and products, but keeps a ceiling of 250 documents per month.

What each plan includes

Básico (€8/mo, €6.60 on annual billing). The entry plan: invoicing with Verifactu, Facturae and TicketBAI, 1 user, up to 5 clients, a maximum of 10 products and 5 documents per month. For freelancers with very low volume who just need to issue professional invoices that comply with the anti-fraud law.

Pro (€15/mo, €12.50 on annual billing). The plan that fits the average freelancer. It steps up to 3 users, 6 to 50 clients and 50 documents per month. This is where the regular workload comes in: recurring invoices, expense management and the mobile app to issue from wherever you are. It is the recommended plan for most people.

Ilimitado (€24/mo, €20 on annual billing). The top plan: clients, users and products with no cap, stock management and 250 documents per month. Built for freelancers with high volume or a very small business that needs several users and a broad catalog.

Every plan includes electronic invoicing compliant with Verifactu, Facturae for the public administration and TicketBAI for the foral territories, plus stock management and a mobile app at no extra cost. It is a complete invoicing tool within its category. The question is not product quality, it is scope: Billin invoices, but it does not do real accounting or file your tax forms.

The real annualized cost with VAT

The website prices exclude VAT. To know what you really pay, you have to add the 21% and project it over a full year. This is the real annual cost of each plan, on annual and monthly billing:

And here is the calculation almost nobody does. Billin focuses on invoicing, not on filing tax forms or real accounting. To file your 303, 130 or 349 forms and keep the books for your activity, you need another piece of software or your external accountant. The real cost of a fully covered freelancer is not just the Billin fee: it is that fee plus an accounting tool, or plus the accountant's fees (€50 to €150/mo depending on volume and region).

What is NOT included

These are the costs and limits worth being clear about before signing up.

• No advanced CRM, no projects, no HR. It is deliberately an invoicing tool. If you need a full ERP, look at Holded or Sage 50.

Commitment and cancellation

Billin allows monthly or annual billing and imposes no commitment beyond the period you contract. On annual billing you do not get a pro-rata refund if you cancel before the 12 months are up, which is standard in the sector. The 30-day free trial can be cancelled at no charge before the first payment. If you value paying month to month and cancelling whenever you want, Billin's monthly billing allows it, at a higher per-month price than annual.

Who Billin is NOT worth it for

Billin is not the optimal choice if your profile needs more scope:

• You need to file tax forms (303, 130, 349) without adding another piece of software. Billin does not file them. The real cost with an extra accounting tool approaches that of solutions that already include everything.
• You want to keep real accounting. Billin focuses on invoicing. For accounting you need to connect other software or your accountant.
• You are after AI that anticipates tax problems weeks before they happen. Billin is an operational invoicing tool, with no proactive AI Coach.
• You want to reduce or eliminate dependence on an accountant. Billin does not replace the accountant: it complements them. If your goal is tax autonomy, Billin does not go that way.

The critical point is that its scope ends at the invoice. If your operation needs accounting and forms, you will end up paying for two tools.
