An honest analysis of Holded pricing in 2026, with the official rates verified on holded.com in June 2026. You will see the five paid plans, the optional add-on modules (the so-called "Gems") that push up the real cost, the annualized calculation with VAT and a transparent comparison with three alternatives by profile.

Holded has been on the Spanish market for more than ten years. Founded in Barcelona in 2016 and owned by Visma since 2021, it has over 80,000 businesses using it. Its pitch is clear: a complete cloud ERP (invoicing, accounting, CRM, inventory, HR and projects) for far less than a traditional ERP would cost. That breadth shapes its pricing: you pay for a very complete platform and the underlying decision is whether you will use a fraction of it or the whole thing.

How much does Holded cost in 2026?

And here is the detail almost no comparison mentions: on top of the base plan there are paid add-on modules billed separately, the so-called "Gems". Inventory €25/mo, Manufacturing €25/mo, POS €25/mo per store, Payroll €5/mo per employee, Team Pro €1.50/mo per employee, SII from €30/mo and Premium Support €50/mo. If your business depends on stock or on a point-of-sale terminal, those €25/mo per module change the calculation entirely. We break it down below.

What each plan includes

Plus (€7.50/mo on annual billing, €15 monthly). The paid entry plan: invoicing with Verifactu, basic accounting, bank reconciliation, 1 bank, 1 user and up to 250 invoices a year. For freelancers with low volume and simple operations. The 250-invoice ceiling is fewer than 21 a month, so if your billing grows you run out of room fast.

Básico (€14.50/mo on annual billing, €29 monthly). The plan most small SMEs end up choosing. It adds 1,000 invoices a year, 2 users plus accountant access, basic CRM and employee management. The natural step up when you outgrow Plus or you need your accounting firm to come in.

Estándar (€59/mo, €29.50 annual). For growing SMEs with an admin team: 3,000 invoices a year, 4 users, advanced treasury, project management and more reporting options. The plan where Holded starts to justify its ERP credentials.

Avanzado (€99/mo, €49.50 annual). For mid-sized businesses with more complex operations: 10,000 invoices a year, 7 users, native multi-company and advanced integrations.

Premium (€199/mo, €99.50 annual). The complete plan: unlimited invoices, priority support, a dedicated account manager and premium API. At this point Holded competes with traditional ERPs like Sage 50, not with tools for freelancers.

The paid modules: the "Gems"

Holded sells its platform as a complete ERP, but some key pieces are in no base plan, not even Premium. They are contracted separately as add-on modules:

• Inventory: €25/mo. Multi-warehouse stock management. If you sell physical product, add €300/yr to the plan you chose.
• Manufacturing: €25/mo. For businesses with production and bills of materials.
• POS: €25/mo per store. Integrated point-of-sale terminal. If you have several sales points, it multiplies.
• Payroll: €5/mo per employee. The cost grows with your headcount.
• Team Pro: €1.50/mo per employee. Advanced HR features.
• SII: from €30/mo. Immediate Supply of Information for high volumes.
• Premium Support: €50/mo. Priority attention beyond the base plan.

The calculation changes once you add it all up. An SME with a physical store on Básico (€29/mo) plus Inventory (€25) plus POS (€25) pays €79/mo, not €29. That is €948/yr excl. VAT, €1,147/yr incl. VAT. The base plan looks competitive, but the real operations of a retailer cost almost triple the cover price.

The real annualized cost with VAT

The website prices exclude VAT. To know what you really pay, you have to add the 21% and project it over a full year. This is the real annual cost of each plan, on annual billing:

And here comes the calculation almost nobody does. The €15/mo Plus plan looks like the cheap option, but 250 invoices a year is fewer than 21 a month. If your business grows to 25 or 30 invoices a month, you run out of invoices halfway through the year and have to move up to Básico (€29/mo), which already costs €210.54/yr incl. VAT. Add an inventory module and the real cost for a store rises above €1,100/yr.

• Hard invoice ceilings per year. 250 on Plus, 1,000 on Básico, 3,000 on Estándar and so on. If you exceed the limit, you have to move up a plan halfway through the year. This can catch seasonal or growing businesses off guard.

Holded has no mandatory commitment. You can cancel from your user panel with no financial penalty. The 14-day free trial requires no card. Annual billing applies a discount of around 50% versus monthly, but on annual billing you do not get a pro-rata refund if you cancel before the 12 months are up. If you value paying month to month and cancelling whenever you want, monthly billing allows it, at a considerably higher per-month price.

Who Holded is worth it for

Holded fits especially well for profiles where its ERP breadth hits the mark:

• SMEs of 5 to 30 employees with an admin team. The Básico, Estándar and Avanzado plans are built for this segment, with CRM, employee management and multi-user included.
• Businesses with native e-commerce. Holded integrates with Shopify, WooCommerce and other online stores. For SMEs selling online, it is one of the most complete cloud options on the Spanish market.
• Shops with inventory and a product catalog. The Inventory module (€25/mo separately) offers multi-warehouse stock management that few competitors cover as well.
• Agencies and consultancies with billable projects. Project management integrated with invoicing is one of the most praised points in reviews.
• Businesses migrating from classic software (Sage, Contaplus) that want a complete cloud ERP backed by a large group like Visma.

Who Holded is NOT worth it for

Holded is not the optimal choice if your profile is away from its core proposition:

• You are a solo freelancer with no team. The Plus plan with 250 invoices a year runs short fast and the rest of the ERP (CRM, HR, projects) is functionality you pay for without using. For an active freelancer, a more focused tool is more predictable.
• You only need invoicing and tax compliance. You are paying for a complete ERP you will use a fraction of. For those operations, Quipu, Anfix or Facturaz are more efficient.
• Your business grows and the per-invoice limits block you. Jumping from 250 to 1,000 invoices halfway through the year is common and sometimes takes people by surprise.
• You do not want to pay for separate modules. If your operations need inventory or POS, the base price stops being representative: €25/mo per module.
• You value a proactive AI that anticipates tax problems weeks before they happen. Holded has good automation (Smart Scan, OCR), but it has no AI Coach to warn you in advance of a VAT increase or a deduction you overlooked.

Facturaz is an AI CFO. Built for freelancers and SMEs of up to 10 employees who only need invoicing, accounting and automated tax compliance, without the weight of a complete ERP. Holded reviews repeatedly mention a steep learning curve, precisely because it is an ERP designed for users who understand business processes. Facturaz starts from the opposite premise: zero accounting knowledge required. You do not need to know which module to use for which task, nor what a Modelo 303 is, nor which box the input VAT goes in. Holded is not expensive. The critical point is that its model takes for granted you will use a good part of the platform. If that premise matches your business, Holded wins. If you only need invoicing, accounting and automated taxes, Facturaz goes that way with a proactive AI Coach, no per-invoice limits and no separate modules. They do not compete for the same customer, but for two different ways of running finances in 2026.
